Worst service ever

Very bad and uncomfortable. 2018 I approached BM attorneys to help me with my divorce. I was very poorly treated nothing was processed although 10 000 was pocketed. I never had a file since January 2018 till 2020 when I reported the matter to the board of attorneys practice. And they responded that I was lying. But because I had proof of agreement on my texts and letters from people who introduced me to the attorneys the statement changed and now they wanted to settle the matter privately which I said no. My money was paid back although it came back in half's. But I was told my case was complicated although that was not the issue when we spoke.

Last year my daughter paid the same attorneys R2000 for the service that will never happen. Again she doesn't have a file although she was promised her case won't take long. And again there's no way forward. The matter has again been reported but it seems this tim we are hitting the wall. All my daughter need is he R6000 back so that she can move on but Mudzuli (B.M) Attorneys Is ignoring all this. We trusted him twice but twice beaten. We just need our money back
