BM Mudzuli attorneys

4 months ago we paid R25,000 to BM Mudzuli as a deposit in order for him to help us with an appeal. In these 4 months he has never consulted with the person he was supposed to appeal for. We don't have a file and he has never made an appointment and actually come for it. He always cancels last minute or make you wait for nothing. He says he has submitted the leave to appeal but can't show me the application he submitted. Now I've requested for a refund since he can't provide any feedback and he's been coming up with different stories everyday and now he's ignoring my calls and messages. I just want the money back so we can seek help somewhere else. He didn't help us and now he's holding our money and we can't get help. I'm very sad because I trusted him with the last money that was available to help my husband who was falsely accused and sentenced to life.
