Muddy Princess- Worse service ever!!!!

I ordered from the online store before the race. The website showed the goods will still be delivered before the race. That never happened A month later my order has still not arrived. They tried their online messaging system. No one ever got back to me. When I finally got an email address via Instagram, I was told they don't do deliveries. Their website shows free delivery, your order is on its way and also asks for a shipping address. I tried to cancel my order online, but there is no option on the website to cancel your order and get a refund. Worst service ever.
