Don't do it

I signed up for the St. Louis Muddy Princess this September. A few days later they posted on FB that they were canceling this years run due to Covid concerns. I understand that, it is probably the safest option. However, instead of offering refunds, they rolled over our tickets to 2021 and stayed they couldn't give refunds. I have already taken the time off of work for this one and cannot be guaranteed that time off next year. The other option was a virtual run...***?? I bout the VIP ticket and you think a measly virtual run equates to the same value? Nooo. I'm currently searching for council on how to proceed with reimbur*****t.
