Wrong address - Excellent customer service

I ordered a few dresses and realized the day after delivery that I used my old address. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me arrange a collect from my old address to my new address. They told me they were sending me replacements to my new address. AT THEIR COST! I call that customer service!
