Worst service ever!

I've placed an order [ZLHZZCOQ] Payment made on : 08 January 2018 Shipment on : 17 January 2018 I've sent 9 emails on my profile and also from my email to their sales and complaints department without any reply from anyone. They say it takes 10 working days to receive your parcel. I've not received my parcel and it's been 2 months.
