worst online shop

I ordered a swimsuit in January 2016 and I still have not received it! the order details on their website state that it was delivered in October 2017. they did not inform me of any delays or when the order was supposedly delivered, they did not even provide me with a tracking number for the package. they do not respond to complaints and they do not answer their telephone.
