Worst online purchase ever!

I have been waiting for my parcel for a month now. They almost never reply to my e-mails and no telephone nr. on the website.

The one time they rep****, they said my parcel was delivered to someone else...after that...no feedback at all! This is the worst online purchase I have ever done!
