USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

I ordered an item from this company based in Johannesburg on the 8th of august and have never received my goods.<br> <br> They have NO customer service to describe, they refuse to give a contact number, I have only ever received 2 replies to my various e-mails enquiring as to the whereabouts of my product to which they stated a week ago was shipped but cannot give a tracking number. They stated they would send a replacement but have failed to do this to!<br> The e-mail address I have [Email Removed] and the lady is Augustine who has only rep**** twice since the 8th of August and rudely told me to look at terms of delivery (which by the way states 14 days.
