Terrible customer service

Sent them a couple of messages online, emails and they doesn't get back to me. Waiting since Monday 05 February for feedback from Muchmax but haven't heard from them at all. It is my first time buying from them and will definitely be my last time. I phoned the courier company with my waybill nr and it was for someone else so they gave me the wrong waybill nr as well. It is really pathetic service and I'm still waiting for my order.
