STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst service ever!!!! I placed an order on 8 August 2019 and besides the fact that I STILL HAVE NOT received my package (which I have paid for in full) I have received the worst customer service. The last email I received was from Tracy that read “I will check with our logistics and give you feedback.” it’s now been 11 days since receipt of that email and I have still not received a response. I don’t want your products anymore, I just want my money back! I am entitled to a refund and have sent you numerous emails requesting same. I am an attorney and have decided that this will now be taken further.
