Shocking Products and Shocking Service ... Stay away !!

<p>Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional company ... a few weeks ago I bought one of their items online.<br />Firstly they are misrepresenting the outfits they are advertising. .. the item I received looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered in fact it was made out of the cheapest material imaginable.<br />It's description was a 4 piece outfit of which I only recieved a 1 piece doilie.<br />After complaining I have yet to receive a phone call from this company and tried calling them numinous times in the last 2 weeks ... I have yet had anyone even pick up the phone.!</p> <p>I have asked them to call me via every communication point I can and still waiting !</p> <p>The only communication i get is via Facebook where they are insisting that i have to post the item back in order to get my refund.</p> <p>I have offered to deliver it and courier it back to them at my own cost as i dont believe in our postal service and if for a reason or another it does not get there, i will not be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are stating that their offices are in randburg, i am down the road from them and they still insist on the post.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is something very strange and very secretive about what they are doing, i believe these are **** artisits as no names are used, no addresses or phone numbers that answer an they refuse to contact me ... </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So heads up to anyone attempting to buy from these guys. Its all smoke and mirrors... or consider the other 4 pages of bad reviews on this site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely Shocking !!</p>
