Service doesnt exist for this Company

I bough 2 items totalling over R1000 from this company via online shopping on the 04/01/2016, payment made, order placed. Until today I Have not received my order, promises made are broken, I am disgusted with this company and feel why must I beg and plead to received goods I have ordered and paid for. Please don't use their tel. nr or the email address as on their website, I have been using them for the last month and have had no response or person answering the phone... Honestly how do you live with yourself taking people's hard earn money and in this matter its called *****ing . . . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
