Please do not use MUCH MAX - no service

What a terrible experience with this MuchMax online ordering. I have ordered swimwear 31 Jan 2018 it was shipped 06 Feb 2018, and it is a month later still no parcel . And NOBODY can help you - or no there is just no way to get in contact with anyone at MuchMax. I have send 8 emails, tried to contact some kind of cell nr I got and tried the online Customer Service 4 times. Worst worst service EVER!!!!!
