Non delivery of goods

I am not happy at all with the service I received from Much Max. Prior to ordering my item, I went on to the technical support service and asked if Much Max will be operating in December and the response I got was a yes. I ordered on the 16th December and even paid extra for express delivery (R150). I had to again contact technical support to ask them for the order status and whoever I spoke to said the guys from delivery will contact me. I have not received any feedback since then.I do not want the product anymore, the service is terrible and very ridiculous considering I paid for express delivery. I do not want to ever deal with this company ever again. I ordered from a lot of websites before the 25th of December and they all delivered. This is the only company that is inconsiderate about their customers. There are other websites that sell this very same product but they had the decency to inform us that they are closed from the 14th December to the 4th of January and what annoys me is that I did ask the technical support online prior to ordering if they do deliver in December, and I got a yes, which was a lie. All they care about is the money and not the customer.
