No updates/no deliveries made

Placed 3 x orders within a couple of days of each other, one has since been delivered. <br> Other 2 orders have been outstanding since the 5/2/2016. Now I understand that perhaps 1 or 2 of the items are imported, as they claim, but more than 2 months to COURIER deliver to my home address, when delivery lead time is indicated as up to 15 days? <br> After numerous e-mails to their sales department regarding status and ETA of deliveries, NOTHING!! <br> No courier Airwaybill number supp****, no name of courier supp****, no lead time on delivery supp****, NOTHING!!! Utterly disgusting the level of ''?ustomer service'' this particular online vendor provides. Shocking!!!
