No delivery, no response, shocking service

Order was placed on the 13th October. Payment confirmation was received from them on the 15th October. There was then no response to queries thereafter until the 4th November stating that it had not yet been 15 working days and that if I am not satisfied with the conditions of delivery they will refund my money. I sent bank details for a refund and have not had a response or refund since. It is now 21 days after date of confirmation of payment and nothing but bad service to show for it. I was told to go ahead and report it as people send in false reports all the time. The email trail is proof that this company is one with no integrity and they have made off with the funds. Absolutely shocking service and attitude. Stay away!
