No Delivery, No response, Bad customer service

I ordered my items on the 21 January. To date i have had no delivery. Lisa answers emails about once a week and has standard answers to hide behind. Everytime there is another story as to why the delivery hasnt happened yet. Last week it was claring customs... now suddenly it cleared customs today????? She has promised delivery tomorrow. lets wait and see. Shocking shocking service. Do not order from this company, have better luck of finding gold at the end of a rainbow.
