No Delivery. No Refunds

<p>I ordered 2 items of clothing from muchmax 3 months ago. My order was not delivered by the specified date and I no long wanted the items. I requested multiple times to have my order cancelled and refunded as it had not even been shipped yet. No responses until they claimed my order had been delivered (which it had not), a week later I got an Email claiming my order had been shipped. They **** to me and never delivered or refunded my money. I still have not recieved anything from them. They are *******!</p>
