No delivery

Absolutely pathetic service !!! I purchased a dress for my girlfriend on the 18-12-2015, knowing it's the festive season I expected a slight delay in delivery but to date it has been 31 WORKING DAYS and still nothing!!! they clearly stipulate 10-15 working days for delivery. when I contacted Much Max to refund me my money immediately - I was only answered 2 days later saying \ We will check with the supplier where your goods are\" surely I am entitled to a full refund? <br> <br> If anyone who reads this is considering purchasing from these clowns? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! "
