MuchMax - poor communication no delivery

So the order was placed on the 4th Sept 2020, website expect delivery delays due to Covid. Sure 4 weeks normally (website says 7-15 business days) but OK gave it 1 week more. Till date only excuses : stuck at customs, then delivery promised and yet no package not even a tracking number. When sending an e-mail you get ignored. They have a live chat open but also sorry we are not online. When trying to phone the number just keeps on ringing.

It's the 18th November 2020. Still no package.
