In December 2018 I purchased a dress for my wife. 3 Months later after not receiving my purchase i made an online inquiry & i was assured the parcel was stuck at the Postal services. After few messages & emails (plus a promise of delivering a new dress to a physical address) still nothing was received. Trying to make an online inquiry again seemed fruitless since it would appear they blocked me. It has now been around 5 months...shocking after sales service! I would not advise anyone to make use of this company.
