Much Max Really Cares About Their Customers

I ordered a costume through Much Max which was custom made. It was supposed to be delivered to my home on May 11th, 2018 and it did, but it didn't fit me. I called them and explained my situation. I was supposed to wear the costume on the 18th of May. Much Max couldn't make another costume and deliver it by the 18th. They fully refunded me and said I could keep the wrong size that I ordered so I don't spend more money in shipping it back. This doesn't happen every day. I am now a content and loyal Much Max shopper, this is all because of their superb Customer Service Representatives.
