Much Max-NO ORDER RECEIVED _NO REFUND GIVE

I haven’t received my order from April I have sent severally request to much max to give me a refund !!! The service is pathetic , it’s my money !!!The consultant ignores my request and expects me to wait for the order! What happened to customer is always rights? I WANT A REFUND! It’s against consumer protect act to ignore my request. I will be taking legal action as This seems like a **** !
