Much Max must be a ****

I ordered goods to the value of R1,035.30 on 05/3/2017! Until date, I have not received my order, I have sent several emails, called the landline (no one answers), corresponded via webchat, however with no joy.

This must be a ****, it has been 5 months already! I would like my money returned! Has this not been investigated as yet, there has been so many complaints!
