Much Max Essentials

I placed an order on 1 September 2020. Order number: GCQQZOTYJ . Today is 25 September 2020. I have not received anything yet. I got an email stating that it was shipped on 1 September 2020. I have tried to phone them several times but they just do not answer the phone. I have also emailed them several times but I am just not getting any replies or answers out of them. They were eager to take my money though
