Most Fustrating Experience!

The worst experience i've had to date with online shopping! Two months and still haven't received my R600 order. No tracking number provided! No attempt to refund me to try fix the problem, that is theft! Hope you at peace with yourself *****ing from people! Many emails sent, customer service chat, phone number is constantly off! My faith in humanity has just changed! I placed this order for a weekend away tomorrow.. no costume, no money!!!
