Missing item

I ordered from Much Max in November, and it took over 6 weeks to receive my order, just to find that one item was not even sent. I am still waiting for a blue dress, that was the main reason i ordered from them as i thought it will be perfect for a friends wedding. As i ordered this dress i got a few more little items. Everything arrived, except the dress. I tried calling, emailing.. But no response. Never in my life have i ever experienced anything like this. I worked overseas, and ordered from so many different suppliers.<br>
