It’s 3months later I don’t have the order, they won’t refund me and they don’t respond to my request for my refund

There is no zero so I had to choose one star for this company and they do not deserve it. I place an order on the 3 Feb 2019 and to date I do not have the order. Zelda, in sales kept lying to me about the whereabouts of the order with the last update on the 19 March 2019 saying the order is being collected at the airport. A month later I have nothing and she won’t even respond to emails anymore. I realise I’ve been duped!! I’ve requested my refund so many times as I no longer need/want the order now but I’m getting no help, no response, still no order. This company and this Zelda person, if she exists, are the most disgusting ********* who need to be fined heavily for *****ing from people. I will not stop until I get my money. The best step is the justice system!
