Now I am extremely upset. Super mad.

I ordered something on the 26th of March. Today it is the 5th of June and no one is even open to giving me feedback or even a phone call.

This is what i have tried: Called Online chat Email ********** @muchmax)

And the only time someone even tried to listen to me was the online chat a month ago and said they'll investigate and get back to me in 24 hours and i've been waiting for 30 days. It has been shipped for 2 months I think.

You guys have the worse service and you are ******** people. You want to tell me that you run an entire company, but no one can even pick up the damn phone and call a customer or even respond to an email?

I want my money back. I don't trust you anymore with anything.
