HORRIBLE SERVICE

Good morning,

I would like to follow on my order, tracking number ZKAXCQRKL

I ordered this dress for a specific event which has passed now and I’m very annoyed due to the fact that there is NO communication from your side.

I don’t think this is how a client should be treated.

I have sent numerous emails but to no avail….

I would now like to request a refund asap or I need some indication as to where is my dress and/or what is the hold up.

I find this unacceptable and will not leave it like this if I don’t get joy from this last email that I’m sending.

It is companies like yourselves who give online shopping a bad name.
