Hands Down, Service is A+++

I feel sometimes we're very quick to write a review when we have bad service but often forget if we have a good experience. We generally just return! But credit is definitely deserved here. I love their products, the sales and especially the great customer service! My dealings with them have been absolutely wonderful in every way. I order a lot and send things back because we don't have an offline store I can try on at and they always are so nice about letting me know they got my return and then return my money in a timely manner. They have a great online chat service you can ask question and mine are usually answered very fast. This is my favorite store!
