Do not buy from Much Max Essentialds!

I purchased an item from Much Max on 8 March 2018. After numerous follow ups and queries as to how long delivery would take I received the item on 17 April 2018. Happy days? No! It was the incorrect size ...by 3 sizes. I have sent emails, chats etc to Much Max since 18 April 2018 to arrange for a refund of my money and a return of the incorrect sized dress. They just plainly ignore any correspondence. This business gives the impression of a "fly by nite" company!
