Clowns!

This is my second complaint about Much Vokol and to date have not received any feedback from them, I purchased a dress for my Fianc? on the 21st of December 2015, to date I have received NOTHING!!! <br> I have requested a refund on three different occasions and I haven't heard a peep, surely I am entitled to a refund? How would I go about getting my money back? <br> <br> Please if anyone reads this review before purchasing from these ... I suggest you don't :)You'll have a better chance of finding teeth on a chicken than receiving your parcel.
