Incomplete Delivery

<p>Bought a 6 piece bed set and an ottoman. Received 5 of the 6 pieces of the bed set and the ottoman. Much Better will not give us the missing piece. They were rude and obnoxious when we tried to explain that we were away for the festive season and only noticed it recently. They are not willing to engage. Total regrets! Will pursue with the consumers ombuds. </p>
