Unprofessional and unfriendly service on Washing Machine repairs

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. No feedback on job being done late. Kills calls when you try get hold of them. I almost reported Theft and ***** as I thought I had been ****med. Job is now 5 days late (installation of new washing machine motor), my payment was done upfront as they weren't prepared to help otherwise. I was desperate and paid upfront, big mistake R5200 later and sleepless nights. After threatening with SAP and report of *****, I received my first whatsap from them confirming that the job will be done today. I am now afraid to do business with them.
