Invoices for Services being ignored.

Good morning, everyone,

I designed a family crest and redesigned the logo for this funeral service. These projects were completed in May and June, and I invoiced them, but I haven't received any payment for the services rendered. I also sent them the design files they requested.

Despite sending multiple emails with the invoice and contacting the owner via WhatsApp, I have been ignored.

I am so disappointed because I trusted the owner.
