MT Refretonic, MTuTech, Meitu Digital Industry, Shanghai, NO BACKUP SERVICE!!!
We have flown to Shanghai and spent over a Million Namibian Dollars on printers at MT in Shanghai, we have been trying for 2 months to get these installed and working. We are helped only when threatened with some sort of legal action. We offered to fly in a printer technician from their company at our own expense but they simply refuse to dedicate someone to us to fix this problem. We are losing clients and our reputation is being seriously tarnished by this. be VERY aware when buying here, they simply do not care about your interests, once your money is gone, so is the technical assistance.

14 Oct 2019, 07:32We have managed to pay an engineer to fly to Namibia and are happy to say that most of our machines are working at optimal performance, but for some minor issues. The printing quality is outstanding, we are extremely happy with the performance and quality of MT's machines. The print quality is second to none, we can honestly recommend MT Meitu as a supplier of top of the range printing equipment at a very competitive price. Echo Wang and her team will see us back soon for more equipment...
