Poor service

The owner and i had an agreement to pick my stuff at 11, then it was 12, then it was 1 and so forth. They only arrived at 4.30 and i was i was moving from Brakpan to Pretoria. The guys were very not gentle with my furniture stuff as they were late. They broke my TV stand. They also did not tell me but there is evidence that it somehow fell as broken pieces were thrown inside the cupboards, The owner agreed to get it fixed but has been ducking and diving. I got it fixed myself though its not in its original shape and he is ducking to refund me the cost.
