No basics at such high cost

Greetings, I would like to lodge a complain about the Lodge, it's the most expensive in the area but do not have a number of basics. I am about to sleep here now but I do not have enough blankets, old blankets (poor quality), no wifi, air con is not working and cold floor. All these at such high cost.

I would like to call and ask for blanket but there is no one at reception.
