Where is my VOUCHER NUMBER

Absolutely horrid service. I sent my a cash withdrawal voucher over a week ago. I still haven't received my voucher number to withdraw my number or a refund back into my Momo account. When I escalated the issue to Momo all I get is "we are working on the issue in the backend" for how long for over a week. Please see you stupid reference number which no1 has been able to help with below Req***
