very bad service

i went to Mtn store in randpark ridge mall i took new contact the other number being *** i took the 40gb 20 day the other night when i got the prorate i got less thinking that is what mtn is wroking on thier prorate deal but the 1ST month i got 15gb of that not 20GB and i called lady who was helping me and explain she said i must for the new data(i believe she was suppose to logo aquery so when the new data come through is sorted ) i did and when i receive the data is was still 15GB and i had to call her my self and she logged a call but only 1 number and only one number was loaded but incorrectly still Can i please have my data contact sorted on 20GB BOTH MY DATA NUMBER AND CAN A BILLING QUERY BEING LOGGED FOR MY DATA THAT I DDNT GET contract number :*** please sort my contact out
