Useless customer service agents

I'm really not sure if MTN just hires consultants and throw them on the phones without any training or if it's just how you guys do businnes, Spoke to a lady by the name of Asisipho, all I can say is wow. so ***********, no telephone atiquatte. then there was a Ncekazi, couldn't get any worse, funny enough the supervisor or team leader is always not around, not even a 2ic? a guy by the name of Danny who is supposedly the floor support (worst of the 3) after today i really tried to be patient and understanding at times but this is it.
