UPDATING MY CREDIT RECORD AND REMOVING LEGAL STATU

Please note that I've been sending numerous emails to MTN Legal and Credit Management to update my credit status because I have made all my payments and settled the account, but im still flagged under legal, this has since compromised my credit scoring thus making me lose out on my car finance which is very terrible on my side.<br> I have not received a response for this request and would like it sorted out with a matter of urgency!.
