I switched from contract to prepaid in May and I paid my last installment as requested. Now I'm blacklisted for R125.03 which I didn't receive an invoice for. I paid the amount on 09/09/2017 to avoid any further damage but I'm disappointed and I will think twice about choosing MTN for any future contracts I might be interested in. its sad how the fail to maintain customer retention
