unable to withdraw

<p>I just changed the number I use for this service via your call centre yesterrday and had great service from a gentleman named thabo who was able to salvage my perception of this service after I was promised a call back b ut didnt get one. Now today i try to withdraw at Pick and pay the funds I have available but it declines, is there an error with my profile since i ported it? or is MTN offline and not working as usual? really such an inconvenience</p>
