*******

I have now reached the point, where I will completely loose my cool. South Africa's data charges as we all know are ridiculously high but as a consumer we accept it, because with most things we just fall victim of *******ion but when a company starts abusing the little bit of dignity we still have, one starts realizing that enough is enough. A year ago I switched my service provider to Telkom mobile, the only provider in S. A that still gives a damn about their prices, however currently I relocated to Jeffrey's bay where there is no reseption, meaning I have to roam to MTN. I know this service is more expensive but I'm not stupid and this data wasn't deducted in a standard way. On the 31ste of December I purchased a 2GB data bundle and to my surprise I woke up this morning with a message stating that I have run out of data, I was infuriated but as a slave to these networks I purchased a new bundle. Later that morning a family friend of ours asked me to see why their laptop is not connecting, they have been using MTN for years now. Just the previous evening round about 11pm I myself purchased a 500mb data bundle, logged into standard bank to purchase a data bundle for someone else, immediately logged off and switched the computer off, only to find that the data this morning again has run out. The PC was switched off. No updates where running as this to is switched off. So I would like to know how in this God forsaken earth is that possible.??????? I want answers and I want them very soon. This will not just be left to deteriorate and be shoved under the matt. No person in their right mind will allow this. In my eyes and soon in millions of other people's eyes, MTN is just a bunch of ********* who think it is fine to *****, take and do whatever they please, because they know we will come back for more and more, because we are reliant on data. Fix this very soon because you have not seen the last of my wrath and this is completely unacceptable Shame! SHAME! SHAME!, SHAME!!
