Suspended yet ive paid 10 days before date

I have been suspended since yesterday, it being a long weekend I can do nothing until Monday. this is causing such an inconvenience, I've been suspended countless times for no reason, the previous time it was because I made payments on the 25th and they only informed me then that payments should clear before the 22nd of each month, with that said I've been making payments before the 22nd. for the month of April I made the payment on the 10th of April. yet now I am suspended. please rectify this!
