Suspended - AGAIN!! Every Month the same thing.

I have been suspended. Again. This has been happening to me every single month. I pay in time, I submit proof of payments yet I still get suspended. I sit hours calling customer care trying to get through, either the phone gets disconnected or I don't get through to anyone. I have attached proof of payment again, and below you will see the notification that was sent to me showing confirmation that proof of payment was received the first time.<br> <br> Please explain to me why I am being suspended every month, is there a solution to this problem or will this keep happening every month? If so I will be glad to leave MTN and go over to Cell C as this is really becoming an issue.<br>
