****MED BY MTN

So my mobile money account was topped up a few weeks ago. A few minutes after receiving the funds I login and try to purchase airtime and it claims to have purchased the airtime.When I check my balance the airtime doesn't reflect. I try numerous times and they keep taking more funds for my purchases, but never top up my accounts. I call in, speak to a consultant who claims to transfer me to a different department, where I hold for 2:13:06!! So I try the next day and the same thing happens and the day after I'm informed that someone from that department will contact me back. They never called. So naturally I try to recover my funds from the damn account and transfer to my personal bank account whatever remaining funds I had , And guess what? The money is not in my bank account!!!I feel soo cheated !!! DON'T USE MTN MOBILE MONEY.
